The Beginning of a new school year!!!
It is the beginning of a new school year and I am excited to get started. We will be learning and doing a lot of fun things. Our theme for the year will be "We are on the road to Learning". I hope everyone has finished their cars. Parents I hope you have returned all the paper work to me. I am looking forward to a great year. Check here often and I will try to post updates about our schedule and things that are going on with our class. Don't forget to check your calendar to find out when your child has snacks. We have several birthdays we are celebrating in September. Happy Birthday E.J. (turned 5 in August), Cole(5), McGwire (5), and Austin (3). We are going to have great year. - I have been teaching preschool for 19 years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from BYU. I use a whole language approach with my teaching with a strong emphasis on phonics. I believe that if a child can read, they can do anything. I love the children and enjoy teaching preschool I love being creative and trying to come up with new ideas to help the children learn.
